Hey all, curious to see who's gone through either of these STR training programs, and what you liked about each. BNBFormula has been around much longer, I remember hearing the founder on a podcast I think back in 2018 or so. Recently came across Hostcamp created by new BP Host Rob Abasolo. Considering doing one of these so wanted to get feedback from the community. Thanks!

From an investor perspective is it better to buy a single family or small multifamily (4 and under) in a city with a high renter percentage of the population or a lower percentage? How low is too low where there isn't demand? Is 38% population being renters good because there is likely not as much supply, or will we have more vacancies because there aren't as many people looking as often.

Sorry if this sounds silly but we're just starting to look at where we want to invest and are trying to make sure we are thinking about things in the right way.

Thanks

Quote from @Joseph Spear:

Quick update.

I signed closing papers yesterday!

Very excited!

Now that the property is mine, we will start getting to the more fun stuff, and I will post updates as we move forward with reno and make-ready for tenants.

More soon.

Congrats, curious to hear more, but did schedule a call with them for tomorrow.
