If you want to figure out if an investor paid cash for a property in massachusetts you can go on the website for the county and look up the property ,if there is no mortgage listed and only a deed then you know that they paid cash...the registry website for boston for example is suffolkdeeds.com...it is free to search and everyone has access..you can also get a good line on hard money lenders trhis way as flippers who use hard money will have mortgages on thier property from the lender

I have a potential deal on a two family house in a massachusetts city
i can buy the house for 125k cash
once i own it a listing on mls will go under agreement within 1 week for 175-225k
will there be a problem with the new buyer obtaining financing without seasoning
i have been told in the past that this sort of eal would be difficult because of seasoning
any suggestions

i live in dorchester,ma
i am a property manager/broker with around 40 fully occupied units under managment in dorchester and south boston nieghborhoods
im looking for investment groups in ma
