I live outside port Jervis and I’m currently work on third single family home in PA. And might will buy other multi family houses again in 2018 to rehab then rental it out. 

Good to see other member from port Jervis join to group.

I'm doing better with tax sale and bank owned properties instead wholesale properties.

Pottstown is looking like a decent area for cash flow as long as you find the right tenants.

I would stay away from tax lien on eBay. You could do better deal with tax lien at county office you are looking into.
