My current situation is that my rental properties are not getting rented! I get over 20-30 Calls, TXT or Facebook messages, but when sending applications or scheduling then I am getting no show/ghosted. Two properties are $900 the other one is $1100. My thinking is that I am missing a link between ads and getting people to show up. I have units listed on Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow, and have sign in front yards.

I don't need a website like cozy, I need a website that lets me collect the application fee and be able to get all the tenants information. I personally have access to do background checks for free so I don't need to pay for a third party service to do it.

I am looking for a website where I can have applications sent to me and I can collect the fee. I don’t need any background or credit checks because I already have websites for theses services through law firm. I have my own system for screening I just need a place to send them to.
This is my first post in this! Very excited to find this group!
I just bought my first 4 plex and my biggest frustration was cost of paint. We did a full exterior and interior job. I used Behr paint from Sherwin Williams under a contractors account. I paid around $60 a gallon. The paint looks great and I’m sure this product will last.
What other choices do I have with getting quality paint ?
