Hi, I'm in Texas and I want to purchase a house using a lease purchase agreement. I know we if we buy with a lease purchase we can't sub-lease to sell and if you lease for over 180 days the disclosers are so auroras that it not recommended. I know you can do an assignment of the lease purchase but an assignment of only 180 days to lease purchase a property isn't an easy sell. Does anyone know anything more about doing lease purchases in Texas? I would appreciate the help. I'm new to Texas and the property code laws on lease purchases here are a lot different then anywhere else in the country.
