@Robert Guilfoyle I was not previously, but I'm glad I know about it now. We are going to grab guest passes for the Main meeting on the 17th to come check things out. I'll be PMing you shortly.

Hi fellow NJ BP members!
My business partner and I are looking for a few people to fill out our "team" and were hoping to get some advice from local investors.
We're looking for an attorney for consultation on entity structure (multiple entities will eventually be involved, so we want to get everything set up correctly from the get-go). We prefer to work with someone who actively/primarily works with real estate investors. We may also need them in the future for rental property related work.
We're also looking for a CPA for consultation on entity structure from a taxation perspective, and to assist us with tax strategies to make sure our money is working for us in the best way possible.
We are located in South Jersey and would prefer to find someone in New Jersey that we could meet face-to-face and development a long-term business relationship with. Thanks for your time!

Try contacting Dominick Lombardo from Allied Mortgage Group. He's great at getting things done and done quickly.

Thank you all for welcoming me.
@Ned Carey Love the LLC name. While I don't eat seafood, I love to go crabbing when I can.

Hey BP!
Just wanted to give a quick introduction here. I'm a new investor(-to-be) in South Jersey. I'll be working with a business partner of mine. I've been lurking here for a little while now, trying to pick up what I can while we work up capital. We're looking to start with Flipping, eventually working into the Multi-Family Rentals.
Already picked up quite a few books from BP(J. Scott's books, Brandon's books on Rentals, and the new Tax book from BP), and working my way through any of the decent books on real estate that my local library has.
Looking forward to talking with and learning from the BP community.
