@James Wise totally agreed that you need licensed trades for plumbing and electrical.

I’m an out of state investor and am looking for someone to lay vinyl flooring, hook up appliances, set up internet, change locks etc, handyman type work

Hi George. I own a property in Solon and am looking for a reliable handyman to complete minor repairs. Please let me know if you have been able to find someone.

Thanks!

Brad

@Ondrej Brown - Hi Ondrej. Have you had any luck finding a good handyman in the Cleveland area? I'd really appreciate if you could pass along a reliable contact.

BP Community,

Is anyone aware of reliable and cost-effective equipment to sub-meter electricity, gas and water? I'm looking for a remote monitoring system, preferably cellular based which does not have a monthly monitoring commitment (other than perhaps the cell service). I'd like to be able to remotely access the data and then upload the information into excel to track the usage for small multi-family properties (10 units or less, mix of commercial and residential).

Thanks!

Have you thought about investing in the US - since the numbers don't really work in Canada.
