Hi @Zorya Belanger thanks for responding!
I was able to speak with a building owner last week and have submitted the property as my subject. Currently I'm not licensed or insured to provide appraisals for financing so it would not be applicable to submit to a lender for financing application.

Thanks @Ken Didychuk for the response. I think its mostly people not wanting to put time into this outside of their day to day activities. Some property managers have said they would reach out to the owner but that's about it. I've received some flat out no responses without any reasoning. I'll continue to reach out!

I am a Property Assessor in Edmonton Alberta and am completing my (AMAA) Professional Designation . For my capstone project I must appraise a multifamily residential (minimum 6 units) building. I am seeking an owner in Edmonton who would allow me to use their building as a subject property in my report. I would need permission to use the building and some information about the type of construction, age of mechanicals and age of renovations.
I've reached out to many of the property management companies within the city with little success and have few contacts locally as I contract assessment services to northern municipalities within the province.
Thanks,
Brady
