Can someone throughly explain exactly how the refinance aspect in BRRRR works? Like how can one get money to get another house without it being their own money? Can you buy a house in cash from the equity in a refinance? Does the refinance money pay for rehab costs of another house?

I have NO experience rehabbing houses, but my dream is to buy a house and work on it myself, then sell it, and repeat. If there are any rehabbers that know how to do cosmetic rehabs themselves and are open to teaching a young and driven guy in the COLUMBUS OHIO area, let me know, thank you.
