My husband and I are in Macon we have a business here wholesaling and we're getting more into fix/flips this year.
Since we are wholesalers and drive for $ we get to see the gems that others aren't always able to see on software.
Please let me know if we can be of any help or if you would like to partner on some projects.

Hi Tawny, my partner and I are currently working on a deal in the Pittsburgh area (30310). It's a 5 bed\ 2 bath fixer and there are currently multiple flips taking place in the neighborhood. If interested I can send over some information about the property.

Hey BP,
My husband and I are looking to purchase a fixer-upper in a very great location. The area is highly desirable, schools are good, and it's in close proximity to the Amazon facility.
We know it's a complete gut job. Problem is the floors are "sagging" very badly to the point they have almost completely collapsed. The seller even told us he considered tearing it down because of the damage.
Even though it needs a good bit of work we can definitely see the potential.
Which option would be best?
Tear down and do a new build, or repair what's there?

@Jeff Kao yes we spoke with a realtor today. She said the house is in a weird area. There are big nice homes for two streets, then a couple of streets down the homes are smaller and not renovated. She did not give any comps.
