Land is under $10k and I found a tiny home builder that will build completely for $35k (buttt they are not responsive.) Hence, why I am looking for recommendations. The area of town is very trendy and rental homes are sought after in this area. The tiny home will be fully fenced and have a large backyard. Will not be on wheels. The land is actually zoned for a tiny home but not a trailer.

Considering my first investment. 

Buying a small piece of land in an up-in-coming area of town and building a tiny home on it. 

All in for land and tiny home being under $50k. 

Would like to get connected with tiny home builders near Jacksonville. Who do you recommend?

Goal is to rent tiny home for $1000/month.
