I understand that everyone always starts at the bottom. I would like to get started in real estate and I feel that the best way would be to find an investor in my area who I could assist in some way at no cost. My question is, what sort of menial tasks do many investors hate doing that I could offer to do for them? Thanks in advance to anyone who may have a response.
