Thanks guys!  I like the idea of calling vacation rental management companies and telling them I have a property I may list with them.  There's a pretty big company not to far from my office that sort of has a monopoly on all the beachfront homes in that area so I may be able to trick them into giving me a contract !  And I will also check out the VRMA and see what they have to offer.  Appreciate the input.

Hey ya'll!  New to biggerpockets so I apologize if this has been discussed before but I searched and couldn't find what I was looking for.  In the process of starting a vacation rental management company and am having trouble finding a contract I can tailor to my needs.  I would greatly appreciate if someone could share one if they have done this before or help point me in the right direction as I am having no luck!  Thank you and look forward to the responses :)
