I listen to the Bigger Pockets Rookie podcast and I hear of websites that have great rental properties listed to help people navigate and buy properties.

I am in the Orlando area and seeing if there are recommendations of any website/company that helps show listing for great rental investments for someone like me that is brand new in this and trying to get a first deal in.

I own my current home and have good amount of equity in it and with interest rate being so low it could really help me out with refinancing it and get a better debt to income ratio. But I am looking into getting a HELOC out for downpayment on my first rental property. Don't know if it's best to refinance my home then HELOC or just get dive in and get HELOC. Trying to find the best path moving forward.

I am very new to real estate investing. I am learning a lot thru Bigger Pockets and all the podcasts. I am looking to invest in some properties to rent out and am looking for an experience agent that could guide me and help me find the right place. I live in Orlando Fl. Willing to invest in central Fl as well other places such as out of state if it’s a good deal. Appreciate any feedback!
