I'd love some good estimates on building townhomes per sq ft. We are looking at likely doing 2,000 sq ft townhomes targeted towards a young professional consumer. Finishes don't need to be high end but we are looking at clean, modern design. 

This will be in the Miami area but love to understand build costs in various parts of the country as well. If anyone has a budget from townhomes they have built, I'd be super grateful as well.
