Hello Everyone,
I just purchased a commercial industrial building for my business using a separate LLC. I was wondering what is the best way to go about this. Should the business pay rent to the building llc? Does anyone know the best way so I can maximize my deductions for tax purposes?

I am comfortable with the "Building LLC" taking losses but I would like the "business LLC" to show profits for down the road if I decide to sell it.

I'm sure people have done this but not sure on how to structure it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You,
Brandon
