Hello everyone! I'm currently looking to purchase a home/condo in St.Pete Beach/Downtown St. Petersburg and use it as an airbnb. The short term rental restrictions are very confusing in the area. I see many Airbnb's on the strip that allow you to book weekly or single night stays rather than month to month. Does anyone know if there is a way to get around the restrictions?

Thank you all!

For someone like myself who is new in Real Estate investing, what are some ways that I can add value to a "rockstar" investor to show help me the ropes?
