When doing seller financing I know you should typically pick houses that are paid off. Once you pay a house off you have all the equity in it. Instead of actually owning that property with seller financing; could I pull the equity out of that property and maybe use it for other real estate deals?

I am from the Brandon area of Florida, but moved to Tampa in 2008. Went to college at Santa Fe and after I graduated I moved back to Tampa. For a while now I have always been very curious about the real estate market so once I started asking around about information everyone kept pointing me in the direction of bigger pockets.
