Look into Equity Build Finance, they offer 12-19% on two year 1st trust deeds.

Hello,

Was wondering if we've made.it back to pre 2008 recession LTV levels yet. The largest I've found that'll fund in the first position with a seller second is 80% CLTV.

I am curious to know what hard many terms are in place in markets nationwide.

Please include: Credit scores, LTV, rates, comps, demos, etc., if possible.
