@Abel Curiel

Hey Abel thanks for the feed back in really appreciate it. I'm actually currently reading the millionaire real estate agent, and so far I like the material.

Any suggestions on specifically what online course is the best?

Hi everyone,

As we all know this Coronavirus has had a major impact on our daily routine. Especially for me; a bar manager living in Buffalo,New York. Since I am out of work, I'm thinking about taking a online course to obtain my real estate license. I planned on taking the in-person course in late spring, but I might as well take advantage of this extra free time!

Questions I have on this matter:

Online versus classroom?

What is the best online course for New York?

How long it will take online?

Tips on taking the online course?

Also more importantly I hope everyone is staying safe out there, be smart and stay home!!

Hello! This weekend I will be hosting my first open house to show a unit I just recently purchased. The unit is 2 bedrooms and is recently renovated. I plan on posting an ad on craigslist and zillow stating details of the unit and that I will be hosting a open house. Also, I have not picked an application process yet. I have heard of cozy and tellus, and other recommendations?

I'm looking for any feed back that can help me out! Thanks!

Hi everyone,

Lets keep this short and sweet! Rugs or vinyl flooring in the bedrooms of my rental?  Its a B level property in a up and coming area in Buffalo NY. I am concerned about value and longevity; I just want a product that lasts and looks great without breaking the bank!

Thoughts!?

@Sean Buchner I agree with Kyle 110%. I say you take this time and self educate. Learn as much about real estate as you can. When your ready to graduate with a full time job you will be ready to go!

@Nicole Heasley how many properties do you have? I looked at the site and checked it out. They charge per property?
