Hi all! My wife and I are interested in buying investment properties in the Jackson area of Mississippi and would love to talk with Realtors who know the market there well. We're seeing incredible prices on both SFR and Multi-family...are these for real?! Anyway, any agents here on the forums? I would love to chat!

That’s awesome! What kind of properties do you have? Any lenders or property managers you might recommend? Or do you try to manage them on your own....from the other side of the country! Ha.

We are looking for a single family, duplex, or four-plex if the right one is out there and the numbers work! We will be there the first week in October to meet with our Realtor and hopefully meet some lenders & property managers. If you know any good one’s, please let us know! Hi all! My wife and I are just getting started in the REI world and we're pretty excited. We just created an LLC and we're looking to buy our first investment property in the Orlando area. We love Disneyworld and are annual pass holders so we go to FL pretty regularly, even though we live in San Diego!
We have good friends who have been Realtors out in Orlando for 20+ years who are helping us look for properties and build our team!
This is all new to us but we’re really excited! Looking forward to making connections and learning more with everyone here!
