@Ronan Donnelly that’s where I’m at currently but I would like to start marketing this on a broad scale. So just trying to minimize they office leg work.

I’m a builder in North Carolina, Im aware of many commercial crowdfunding sites but I haven’t been able to find a residential platform. I’ve been approached by many private investors looking to invest. Does anyone know of a platform or software that would be compatible?
