I’m currently with KW but it seems all the resources and training classes I have to pay for 

Hi everyone hope everyone is having a great weekend! 
 I recently got my real estate License and I’m working under this agency that promised all this mentorship and help to get me off my feet but I haven’t received any of this yet so I’m looking for some sort of advice on where I can get kinda like a breakdown of what I need to know from getting potential clients , contracts involved , selling a home etc any books or resources out there ? Any help would be much appreciated :)
