My brother and I inherited a small property from our father in Louisiana and we just sold it. We are planning to use the funds to purchase 1-2 rental properties. We have no experience in real estate other than purchasing our primary homes. We want to supplement our income from our full time jobs and make it easier for our wives to stay home with our children. I am looking to connect with people on BP so that we can find business partners and learn from the wealth of experience BP members have. I have read the free book on this site and we are trying to form our team now. Does anyone have a few tips for things we need to know when getting started? Any tips on our particular market would be helpful as well. I look forward to connecting with other members!
