@Todd Wheatley Man I really really appreciate the support and the time you took to answer. Everything that you are telling me makes a lot of sense and I would love to meet some time. Maybe a Zoom meeting can work due to the current situation. I do have a some questions that it would mean a lot if you can helo me out. 

@Jaron Walling Brother thank you so much for the information. I am talking to some lenders and I am looking for a FHA203k loan which will make the rehab a little bit faster. Also, yes the boston area is tough to find good deals on a fourplex but not impossible. I will keep searching and I will let you guys know the result. 

Hello BiggerPockets! I live in Boston and I’m about to do my first house hack along with my family.
What is your opinion on buying a fourplex and doing BRRRR while house hacking? Also, I have the idea that small deals take as much time as big deals so I am looking at a $700k home plus rehab costs. Let me know what you think and if there is someone from Boston who would like to meet for coffee count me in.
I would love if you have some references of a real estate agent, lenders and contractors in Boston.
