Wow great responses from the both of you. Thanks! Yes I agree that moving currently isn't a big deal for me at my age and the best strategy whatever that may be I'm up for. Do you have ideas as to how to go about getting financing for something like buying my first multi family? Also what to look for? My mom is a real estate agent if that helps as well. 

Hello, I am currently finishing up my last semester of college. Thank god, because i want to start my own business. I believe after doing the research Ive done so far, and listening to BiggerPockets podcast id like to just start out as a side business, extra income and start real estate investing. Id like some pointers and ideas on how to start this business as well as if its a good idea at such a young age?
