Good afternoon, I want to advertise a special promotion ADT is offering.

ADT is offering NO upfront costs with all packages.

ADT is giving homeowners (Landlords included), a savings certificate of up to 20% off of insurance premiums when they have a security system installed.

In addition to insurance discounts, an ADT security system provides valuable evidence in the event of a break-in or other crime.

Realtors get $200 cash every time they refer someone who gets an ADT system.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A little about ADT,

- 8 million customers nationwide, which is 5x more than the next closest
competitor we have. The reason that so many choose us first off is that we have
- Unparalleled monitoring (We are the #1 monitoring in Chicago land, and 2x more purchased
than the next competitor.

-We have 8 active, and 4 backups call centers, and all the call centers
and backups are to ensure customers always have protection, for example if our only call center
is in Maui, or anywhere in the world that prevents them from going to work, millions of
customers would be without help. Not with ADT.

- We have over 25k employees, and with our A+ business bureau rating we secure over 90%
of fortune 500 businesses and federal buildings. (Even considered for the White House)

Hey @Rene Bee

Not trying to promote anything, I always suggest to people to install a Smart Home System (ADT,Vivint,Simplisafe) instead of DIY. It increases the value of the home, good to show to insurance company (for Evidence, insurance discounts, etc) And it’s good against squatters. 😃

Wish you the best of luck 🏡

Good evening y’all 👋🏽 I’m able to save customers full upfront equipment costs. Also providing them with a savings certificate to recieve up to 20% off insurance premiums when they have ADT installed!

When the certificate is applied, you save loads of money on insurance every year. Also, this helps the system pay for itself 👍🏽

Good afternoon, great day to be out! I set up another family in Tennessee with ADT. She got the Command Hub and App, 3 door sensors, a motion sensor, (panic) remote keychain, Interior siren, Google Doorbell, Smart Door lock, and smoke Communicator.

She saved almost $2000 on equipment and is receiving an Insurance Saving Certificate to give to her company to save her every year.

I'm going to prove to you ADT is still the leader in Smart Home Security!

Good evening y'all. If you're thinking about Home Security, I'm able to provide a certificate for you to give your insurance company that will save you up to 20% every year on insurance premiums when you have an ADT system installed.

Not joking, it's pretty sweet and it helps the system pay for itself.

Has any other company been considered to protect the White House?

(Fun fact, ADT got a free advertisement from U.S. Rep. John Mica, R-Fla when an intruder jumped the White House fence and entered the mansion)

Quote from @Jonathan Klemm:

Hey @Brandon Victor - That all makes sense except I find it hard to believe that every insurance provider just gives a 20% discount because of an ADT security system?  If that's true then every home owner & investor should be doing it...is that something just local to Chicago or nation wide?

 Good morning @Jonathan Klemm

It’s nationwide. I’m in Chicago, I got someone in Tennesee a system couple days ago 👍🏽 It depends on their provider & state.
Home insurance companies often offer discounts to homeowners who have security systems because these systems can significantly reduce the risk of burglary, vandalism, or other property damage. This in turn means fewer insurance claims, which saves money for the insurance company. They pass some of these savings back to the homeowner in the form of a discount. 🤘🏽

I’m able to give new homeowner savings certificates of up to 20% on Insurance Premiums every year when you have an ADT Home System installed. 😃

My grandmother in Tennesee had a lurker on her back porch Thursday night. Friday afternoon I fortified her home with 13 window sensors, 5 door sensors, 5 glass break sensors, smoke communicator, a google door bell. Also, 4 ADT yard signs. You really think that guy is coming back to that home? He can maybe grab her sandals by the door and leave, Or walk around an unknown, dark house with numerous alarms going off & Police is already en-route for a home burglary ever since that sensor broke the connection.

I chose this career for a reason. I’m going to give you what you need and no BS included. Also saving you thousands of dollars.

The world is changing and evolving very rapidly. We need to focus on defending our familys when we’re there, and keeping them safe when we’re not there. Simple as that.

I’ll prove to you ADT is still the leader in home security.

@Account Closed - Yes, insurance is expected to rise 20-40% this year as a result of the increase in claims that they have been paying out the past few years. This is due to the extremely weather conditions across the US. It rised on one of my multifamilies from 4500 to 5700. One thing you can do is request that your deductible is increased. If you don't plan on filing a claim unless its at least 5k, why pay a premium for a smaller deductible? I did that and it saved me hundreds annually on a few different policies.

Seems like this a pretty popular thing going on across many states..

⭐️Fun Fact - ADT gives new homeowners a certificate of up to 20% off insurance premiums every year also 👍🏽

ADT will give the client the 20%? That's pretty impressive. Is it only offered in select states?

Yep 😃 it’s usually 10-20% 👍🏽
I just gave a family in Tennesee one today and I’m in Illinois. It depends on your insurance provider.
