Hello, I am a part-time property investor in Bloomington, IL who owns and manages a commercial office building and a single family residential rental. I am originally from Louisiana, served in the USAF, and have worked in IT for a Fortune 500 company over the past several years. I am most interested in learning about the commercial side of buy and hold investments. I joined BiggerPockets, to learn from the community, meet local property owners in my area, share potential tenants, and discuss investments opportunities. I am married to an amazing woman who has been very supportive of me taking on the commercial space. Together with a very good friend of ours, we formed an LLC and own and operate a 26 unit commercial office building. It has been a successful venture and we look forward to expanding our property business over the years to come.
