Yes personal loans are an option but rates are usually higher from my experience.

I"m looking for a DSCR LENDER who goes to down to 50K - 75K. I'll take take of rehab myself.

Thank you KO, I appreciate your feedback. Ko how about if both homes were purchased together since its the same seller? That would be 60K plus rehab?

Can someone recommend a lender that lends lower amounts of capital? Most lenders I have contacted have a minimum of 75K. A deal I'm looking at has 2 SFH listed at 30K each. I'm look to use the BRRRR method. Any suggestions would be helpful.
