Absolutely, already closed on a townhouse. Paid cash. I do have 3 units I have my eye on that need some severe rehab. Don’t have the cash so may need to find a lender and look at what options I have.

Bought this run down property from an individual who was having severe money issues. He needed to rent back to me for a month and he got sick and ended up in hospital so wasn’t able to start for a few months after closing, This put me back a few months. I invested more into it than I should have, it was my first flip. I met several great and some not so great contractors.
