I watched a couple of episodes for the first time and he seems like an actor more so than a legitimate investor. Like someone said in an earlier post, I don't know if even the most impressed potential home buyer is ever willing to sign on the dotted line the same day. His attitude ans the 1 DOM scene...defenitely for television.

I've learned that your reputation is on the line everytime you present a deal. Realtors tend to "fluff" numbers greatly to get the sale. Most of the time, pictures do not tell a true story. Emotions and real estate don't mix.

Post: Major questions concerning Wholesaling REO...PLEASE HELP!

I'm in Houston, TX and I am new to REI and anxious to get my first wholesaling assignment deal closed. I have access to the MLS and decided to do my first wholesale on a listed foreclosure. Will I be able to do an assignment on an REO? Also, will I be able to make an offer myself or do I have to use a realtor to make an offer? What should my MPP formula look like when dealing with an REO (what variables are involved in this type of deal that would not be involved in a FSBO deal?)
Please Help?
