Hi, I'm Breanna! I am looking for my very first property in the Colorado Springs area. While the market is very high right now, we are having trouble with supply. All of the current available homes are in the worst areas of town and in rough condition. However, they are all selling very quickly. I would like my niche to be in duplexes, triplexes, or quads. My first property must be financed with a FHA loan, which requires that unit to be my primary residence for the first year. While I am up to a fixer upper, some locations are not realistic with having a young child. Is there a certain season of the year that is better for a buyer?
