I figured as much honestly. I had hoped that someone would post here proving my thoughts wrong, but, I really didn't think it was possible to do here with the Bay Area housing market.

Hello there,
I'm new to the forums and new to real estate wholesaling and I'd like to learn more! I'm curious to know if there are any wholesalers who have been able to wholesale in the SF Bay Area recently with the real estate market booming and so high priced. Also, does anyone do this out of their residential region? Out of state? Any suggestions for places to get started meeting other local wholesalers?
