Hello all and thank you in advance for your help. I need information on financing my first flip. I have found a couple of homes that are great for flips but I have no idea where to go for financing. I've been reading books, posts, and listening to pod casts but I feel like I need more information on exactly what my options are when it comes to funding my flip. Thanks again. Any information is helpful.

@David Weintraub Thank you so much for the information. With all that being said I guess I have to pass on it. I'll continue to look but now for non auction homes. Thanks again.

Hello all. I was wondering if anyone could please help me. I am wanting to start investing. I found a great deal on a home that's going to auction. What is the process for purchasing a home at an auction? Are there fees involved? Can I purchase it with a loan or does it have to be cash? Any other information will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
