Mayer- Yes LLC or personal name forth titling. rates run from 6-8%. credit score, DSCR and LTV are the three things that determine the rate. I also offer rate buy downs.

Ned- In Baltimore I need a 100k minimum value per property, but if we are close to that figure I can ask for exceptions.  Plus property condition can supersede value if the value is close.
