What is the best report showing submarket migration updated weekly or bi-weekly?

1031 Question 

I purchased my personal residence Oct 2019, therefore if I sold my house at this time I would be hit with taxes on the gain since I have not lived 2 years or more etc.  However, would it be possible to 1031 gains from my personal residence into a multifamily investment?

My name is Brent Cheney in Dallas TX. My wife Carolina and I have an amazing 4 year old son Alexander . From a career perspective, I have been in the Wholesale/Retail Clothing Industry for 20 years until my position was terminated a few days ago.
