Seems like the right decision. Non-violent, One time, 7 years ago, 18, intervening military service. The military is pretty picky, it's not easy to get in with a felony record. This sounds like a great tenant.

Hi everybody. I'm new to the forum. I've been investing for about 10 years and have a few single family properties (duplexes and homes). I live and work in the Grayson/Collin county areas. My goal is to retire today. If I don't make it, I'll try again tomorrow.

I got into real estate to generate cash flow for the kid's tuition while protecting the principal that the stock market was devouring. My next investment will hopefully be a place in Irving for one of my kids to live in while attending grad school, and hopefully find some other students to pay for it...

This looks like a good site. My web searches for investing information keep leading me here, so it must be the place to be. Looking forward to the education.
