I have control of a property in Michigan that I am not on title. What is the procedure to have the current owner replaced with me if no consideration or $1.00 consideration ? The property is free and clear with no outstanding anything attached. The current owner is on-board with the transfer, we just need to know the process.

After initial two year lease how do i determine increase amount for another two years and also a higher amount for a one year option. Great tenant s but taxes went up significantly

On a buy and hold rental property the purchase price was less than the value of the land itself. How is this accounted for taxes purposes (i.e. Depreciation) j

Attempting to find an insurance carrier to write a policy (dwelling & fire) in Calhoun County Michigan. Multiple contacted carriers state I must have an existing line or primary residence policy to qualify for them to write for me.
