@Stephen J Davis I would want over 10 units eventually but yes starting out with a 4 unit one may be best. Thoughts?

@Gina Cardarella I want to eventually have a more units, like an apartment building. But I know I’ll need to start smaller. I currently live in a house with my wife and kids which would make house hacking difficult. What are your suggestions?
