@Jeremy Geyer, your goals sound an awful lot like mine.  I am very interested in doing a few flips over the next few years in the Pensacola area in order to learn the business and hopefully build a little bit of capital.  I don't know if the blind leading the blind is the best action plan, but you and I will have to chat offline sometime very soon.
