@Scott Tompkins Have you found out any more about Shoreway Realty? I just heard about them and saw this post. 

I am looking to buy (8) four plexs over the next 2 years. Before I start buying these multi family properties, I would like to find a great property manager to help access and manage these units. After that, I would like to locate some properties that need to be fixed up and rents raised. In the future, I’ll need to find a good agent and a great contractor to fIx up the units for a competitive price. Thank you in advance for your help and recommendations.

Hello BP People,

I am currently investing in the Fresno SFH market and wanting to jump into the multifamily / small apartment market. The areas that I am interested in buying are in Clovis and north Fresno "north of Shaw". I am after property that has a lot of value add potential. You could say that I am interested in the ugliest property on the block. If you know of an awesome broker that can help me in my search, please let me know. I am also in the market for an awesome property manager since my current property manager only deals with SFH. Thank you in advance!

My brother in-law is killing it in Fresno CA, but he is defiantly working hard to make his money. He has become a board member of the HOA to help control how the HOA money is spent. If he had to work a full time job, I don't think he would have time to keep is rentals in shape. He invests all in the same complex. His model is to buy them at $35-$45k and rents them out at $750/month. The quality of his tenants also keeps him on his toes. But he sure does have some of the best stories to tell at family get togethers, if that counts for anything.

@Cody Hahn Do you happen to have any leads on mobile home parks as well, or are these just the mobile homes. I am very interested in getting in the mobile home park sector.
