@Jason Wray hello the only reason I was considering host financial was because it was a sponsor of the bigger pockets podcasts that I have been listening to with Dave. A few months ago my fiancé and I bought our primary residence and we did really like our mortgage broker. I might go back to them thank you

Hello I have been watching a lot of bigger pockets podcasts. I am from Lapeer Michigan I am 23. I am looking to purchase my first rental property here in the next month or 2. I have my credit where it needs to be have a down payment saved of around 17k and looking into Host financial to go through for my first deal I am wondering has anyone personally used it and how do you like the company and the process thank you and looking forward to the journey
