We have crafted our lease from many ideas here and need to pay a good Real Estate lawyer to review it.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Conklin.

Purchase price: $123,000
Cash invested: $124,000

SFH, 3 bed 2 bath with finished basement, 1150 sq ft., separate 2 car garage.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The home was within proximity to other property and at the time we needed something move-in ready

Very basic. Found on realtor.com

How did you add value to the deal?

Many upgrades (not pictured) to the yard

Easy to rent

Careful screening on the front end makes for smoother waters the rest of the time

I'd want to know the cause of the house fire and like others have said, what the felonies were. If they were arson-related, run far and run fast!
