I am looking to purchase my first STR in Galveston Tx and would love to get feedback from the community. What's your experience been like operating in Galveston? Any feedback and things to watch out for would be greatly appreciated.

I have a house under contract in Norman Ok which is in need of work. Specifically foundation, new siding, electrical, gutters and some tree work. 
I’d love to get some referrals for contractors.

After months of searching for deals, I finally have my first property under contract. I am hoping to get some recommendations for property management companies in or near Blue Springs, Mo.
