@Troy Gandee thanks Troy - both of those sound great. I’m still located in Chicago for the time being, but I will be moving to Charleston very soon (hopefully by May). I will reconnect once I move there, so I can start attending these meetups.

I’ve done some looking around for small multifamily homes in Charleston, and it seems like the local investors agree with me on which ones are good deals, because they don’t stay on the market very long. It will definitely take some patience to go the multifamily route, but I’m interested to try it.
