What is the minimum or target ROI you guys want when doing a fix and flip?

Hello everybody, My name is Brett and I am real estate agent licensed in Illinois as well as Indiana. I've been learning about investing for almost 2 years now just reading and listening to anything I can get my hands on and id love to start partnering with investors to begin my investing journey. I d love to find a mentor who could help me get my first few deals and in return because I am an agent I can get you access premier access to properties in Illinois or Indiana and even Wisconsin which  are all very hot investment markets. I can also connect you with any attorneys, loan officers, title companies or anyone else you may need for your investing companies! I'm open to partnering many different ways, I am a very hard worker who is very eager to learn and will do anything to help you and myself succeed! I just would love to begin my investing journey and help you all continue yours!
