Hello to all my fellow investors in the Indy market. I'm wanting to get into wholesaling and wanted to know who some of the investor friendly title companies that you all currently recommend. I've already called a few just wanted to see if any company stands out above the rest....THANKS!!!

That's the exact thing ive found myself questioning is the Numbers involved. They're too far off from what I know to be true and left out numbers and some of the time lines flipping a 4000 sqft in $600K house in a week just didn't seem realistic

( I just like watching for the end result and the design ideas )

Hello BP

My Name is Brian FJ, IM NEW TO BP.  I'm a real estate investor from Indianapolis, IN. I have been involved in the rental spectrum for a while. Now I'm thinking about rehabbing properties here. Lately I've found myself watching a lot of HGTV and FYI.

watching mostly Fix or Flop, Flipping Vegas, Flipping Boston, & Property Brothers. My questions is this.......HOW REALISTIC are these shows? I've done some research on "Rehabbing" and my market but to my  "Seasoned Experienced Rehabbers" what are the pros and cons of these shows? (and Rehabbing in general) Thanks for you Opinion/Input in Advance
