I have a PDF I am using as a rental  application form that I give to prospective tenants. They fill it out and send back to me. It is pretty detailed (employer, rental history, etc). Is there a tenant screening service I can use where I can upload the form to make everything non-paper and in one place? I am envisioning I email my prospective tenant a link where they fill the application out, pay a screening fee, etc and I get an email with all the info and results.
