@Alina Trigub, thanks for the info.  I know it will be hard to find money when we are new investors.  My partner and I have some funds to start with.  If this storage project ends up costing over a millions then just the down payment would quite large.  I didnt know about posting the deals on the marketplace and sounds like it could be helpful.  thanks again!

Hello BP community!  I am wanna be investor and started listing to BP podcast about a year ago.  Just like so many, I have listen to many podcast, read several books etc but i'm still not in the game.  I am not the type of guy who likes sitting on the sidelines but when it comes to investing i have been hesitate.  The biggest reason is the question of where will the money come from.  I have a partner and we have turned our attention to mobile home parks and self storage.  In just a couple weeks, we have several good leads and even one self storage that will be up for sale in a couple months.  Although we had some money to work with, i'm not sure we would be able to come up with the down payment if this property would cost upwards of a million dollars.  How is the best way to secure financing or raise capital for project of this level?  Any help would be appreciated.
