Just out of curiosity how many other young investors are in Memphis, TN?  25 and under.

I'm 20. I'm currently closing on my first rental. I plan on getting into short-term and long-term rentals through the Build-to-Rent strategy. Even though ground up construction is hard to finance with my experience, I'm going to do everything I can to figure it out. My plans are to build modular multifamily rentals with companies like S2A Modular and Boxabl . But for starts I'm going to build some experience by buying rentals and I'm currently shadowing a Developer/Contractor who is already certified with S2AModular. 

If there are any bigger investors out there that want to use me as boots on the ground for a deal like this, please reach out. And even if you're just starting out like me and have the same interests, reach out. I want to build a team. I just need someone to give me a chance to prove myself.
